IN-STORE PICK UP

We offer FREE in-store pick-up for customers who live in the Portland Metro area! You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick-up. When you arrive please let us know your name and we will grab your order. Our Portland store is open 6 days a week from 12-6pm (closed on Monday).

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Domestic orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (we choose whichever option will be the quickest and most cost-effective). 

US Orders: We offer $10 flat-rate shipping for domestic orders and free shipping on orders over $300.

Canada: We offer $20 USD flat-rate shipping to Canada and free shipping on orders over $400 USD. When possible, we ship USPS First Class Package International, which takes 5-15 days to arrive on average. If we are unable to ship with USPS, we will ship with UPS or FedEx. The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, and brokerage fees after shipment, so be aware that additional charges may apply.

International: We offer $40 USD flat-rate shipping for international orders. When possible, we ship USPS First Class Package International, which takes 5-15 days to arrive on average. If we are unable to ship with USPS, we will ship with UPS or FedEx. The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, and brokerage fees after shipment, so be aware that additional charges may apply.

Please note, we are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. Customers will need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if there is an issue with delivery. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable after shipment.
