Velva Sheen
Established in 1932, Velva Sheen was a Cincinnati Ohio manufacturer of sweats, t-shirts, jackets and gym shorts for colleges, camps, schools and the United States Armed Forces. Over the years, the company has seen many changes and had all but gone out of business until the brand was revived by the Japanese company Topwin to reproduce the company's greatest hits. The original style uses the Blue Label of the 50’s – 60’s. They also have the Yellow Label for items of the 70’s – 80’s. Topwin hopes to do justice to the name sake of Velva Sheen Mfg. Co. and bring back the fun and nostalgia of t-shirts past. All Velva Sheen products are still proudly made in the USA.
