Refund policy
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns for full-priced items purchased in-store will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit (issued as a digital gift card) or exchange only. Items must be in new, unworn condition with any tags or packaging intact.
Apothecary, fragrances, intimates, and items purchased at a discount greater than 15% are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange. Sale markdowns and warehouse sale purchases are always final sale.

ONLINE RETURNS
Please note: Intimates, body care, fragrances, sale markdowns, and items discounted more than 15% are not eligible for return.
Returns for full-priced items purchased online can be initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your item was received we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Body care, fragrances, intimates, and items purchased at a discount greater than 15% are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. Sale markdowns and warehouse sale purchases are always final sale.
At this time we are not able to offer returns for international orders, but please reach out if you have an issue or concern.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Reach out to hello@wearemonochromatic.com to start the return process. We will not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed and your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. Funds usually appear back to your original payment method within 3-8 business days.

SHIPPING RETURNS
After emailing us to start the return process you can mail your return to: 4026 N Williams Ave, Portland OR 97227, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. You may create your own return label or we can create a return label upon request for domestic orders and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be for the total cost of goods, minus any associated shipping charges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at hello@wearemonochromatic.com.
You will be responsible for return shipping and the cost of a new shipping label. If you would like us to issue a return label, we will invoice you for the total cost of a return label and a new shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
